Synopsis

After being resurrected by a sinister entity, Art the Clown returns to the shy town of Miles County, where he attacks a teenage girl and her younger brother on Halloween night. The scenes filmed in the movie "Terrifier" The haunted house was filmed in a real haunted house called the Fright Factory in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The filmmakers used what they already had at their disposal. Art’s favorite acid is fluoroantimonic acid, which he keeps in a clear glass bottle. It is a super acid capable of dissolving even glass.

Basically every violent scene was cut to tone down the violence

There is a mid-credits scene in a mental hospital with Chris Jericho as the security guard, Alan Burke and Leah Voysey as the nurse. .. The German DVD and Blu-ray releases by Tiberius Film are trimmed by approx. three minutes to ensure a "Not Under 18" rating (this was necessary as the guidelines for video releases are stricter than for theatrical releases). Nameless Media’s 4K Ultra-HD Blu-ray Mediabook releases are uncut and received a mild SPIO/JK thumbs up.

The Equalizer (Not Alone) Written by Tim McEwan and Tyler Lyle (as Jamison Tyler Lyle) Performed by The Midnight Courtesy of BMG Platinum Songs U.S. (BMI). The film runs about 45 minutes longer, as others have commented. It’s clear the director got carried away. There are some plot developments that don’t fit with the original film at all.

Less is always more!

Sometimes when directors get a bigger budget, they feel they have to expand plots and runtime. The plot elements add confusion to a simple plot, which if kept to around 90 minutes, would have had more impact. The killing was not as bad as the internet hype made it out to be. None of this type of killing was new. It had been done in many other movies.

In the end, it borders on fantasy or science fiction

I think the creator of « Terrifier 2 » put additional thematic stories into the sequel unnecessarily. My advice to the Creator or Director is « Keep it short and sweet. »
